What is Fetch SMS?

Fetch SMS lets you rent real, non-VOIP US phone numbers to receive SMS verification codes — for a single code or for a rental of up to 365 days. Codes appear in your dashboard and via our API in real time.

Are the numbers VOIP?

No. Our numbers come from real US mobile carriers, so they pass verification on platforms that block VOIP numbers.

How fast do codes arrive?

Most codes arrive within seconds of being sent. Short-term verifications have a fixed 15-minute delivery window.

What happens if I don't receive a code?

If a short-term verification doesn't receive a code within its window, the amount charged is automatically credited back to your Fetch SMS wallet — no ticket required. See our Terms of Service for details.

What services are supported?

100+ services, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Discord, Uber, Coinbase, and many more. If you don't see one you need, request it and we'll work to add it.

How do I pay?

Pay by credit card or cryptocurrency — whichever you prefer.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases and wallet deposits are final and non-refundable. The one exception is the automatic wallet credit when a verification doesn't receive a code, as described above and in our Terms of Service.

What's the difference between a verification and a rental?

A verification is short-term — one code inside a 15-minute window. A rental reserves a number exclusively for a period you choose (1–365 days) and can receive unlimited codes.

Yes. You can rent numbers and fetch codes programmatically. See the API documentation.
